Dd33 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

By accessing or using the dd33 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on that organization's behalf. dd33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms & Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Every user of the dd33 platform is solely responsible for their own activities. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, hacking, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Harassing or threatening other users, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform, is strictly forbidden. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account, even if a third party gains access to it. dd33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on dd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). When making a deposit, please ensure you are using a payment method registered in your own name — payments through third parties are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and dd33 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete. Transactions can be made through various methods including bank transfer and mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). If any transaction appears suspicious or fraudulent, dd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction and may share the relevant information with the appropriate authorities.

Dd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false information, or attempts to harm other users are among the primary grounds for account closure. Upon closure, any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for return; however, funds linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Reactivation of a closed account is at the sole discretion of dd33 and cannot be claimed as a right. Users who wish to take a break from gambling may also opt for the self-exclusion feature as part of our responsible gaming policy.
